This module provides mesh generation using the Greedy Delaunay algorithm.

Actually, it is a simple mapping of The Mines Java Toolkit (JTK) from the Colorado Mines School see http://inside.mines.edu/~dhale/jtk/

Requirements

Using this module requires some extra work as it is based on java library.

Instructions on how to build required headers and libraries are located in libmesher/generate.sh {comment}

JTK

Get jtk library and compile it using gcj:

• go to any directory of your choice
• svn co http:boole.mines.edu/jtk jtk_checkout
• cd /PATH/TO/jtk_checkout/trunk
• edit build.xml file
  • locate properties and add these two lines <property name="executable" value="/usr/bin/gcj -C"> <property name="compiler" value="javac1.5">
  • locate javac section and replace it with the following \<javac srcdir="${src}" destdir="${build.cls}" executable="${executable}" compiler="${compiler}" debug="on" deprecation="on"> \<compilerarg value="-Xlint:all,-serial"> \<classpath refid="classpath"> \<exclude name="
